Terms of Service & Intellectual Property

1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

The Cosmo Copilot platform, including but not limited to the website at cosmocopilot.com, its source code, design, user interface, visual identity, brand name, logos, written content, AI prompts, instructional copy, infographics, articles, embedded data sets and underlying business logic, is the exclusive intellectual property of Cosmo Copilot and is protected under the copyright, trademark and intellectual-property laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and applicable international treaties.

2. Prohibited Use

Without prior written permission from Cosmo Copilot, you may not:

Copy, reproduce, mirror, clone, republish, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of the platform — including its source code, design, written content, AI prompts or embedded data.
Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the platform.
Use automated scrapers, crawlers or extraction tools to harvest data, content or design assets from the platform.
Use the Cosmo Copilot name, logo, brand identity or any confusingly similar mark in any product, service, website or marketing material.
Use the platform or its outputs to build, train, fine-tune or evaluate any competing product or service.
Resell, sublicense, lease or otherwise commercially exploit access to the platform or its AI generations.
Use the platform to violate any applicable law, regulation or third-party right.

Violations may result in immediate account termination, civil action and — where applicable — criminal prosecution.

3. Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms and your active plan, Cosmo Copilot grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your own internal business purposes. The AI generations you create with the platform are yours to use commercially in your own products, brands and dossiers.

4. Plans, Billing & Refunds

Cosmo Copilot offers a Free plan and paid Star ($15/month) and Pro ($25/month) subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time through your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are offered for unused time within a billing period.

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy (acting as the Merchant of Record). All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.

5. AI Outputs & Disclaimer

AI-generated formulas, compliance checks, market intelligence and other outputs are provided as research-grade prototypes and strategic guidance. They are not regulatory approvals, medical advice, legal advice or substitutes for qualified professional review.

Before manufacturing, registering or selling any cosmetic product, you must validate the output with a qualified cosmetic chemist, regulatory consultant and the relevant regulator (EDA, EU CPNP, GCC GSO, US FDA, etc.). Cosmo Copilot accepts no liability for any commercial, regulatory, health or financial consequence arising from the use of its AI outputs without proper professional validation.

6. Data & Privacy

Cosmo Copilot stores limited account data (email, plan, usage counters) on its secure Supabase backend and uses third-party AI providers (Anthropic, Google) to generate outputs. We do not sell user data. Account data is used only to operate and improve the platform.

7. Service Availability

The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we work to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for any loss arising from temporary unavailability.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be highlighted on the website. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
